Stacks AI Studio

Where Work Gets Done.

"I feel behind on AI, and there is no chance I can catch up." If that is the sentence in your head, you are exactly who I work with. Stacks AI Studio is the Claude-first practice for small and mid-size businesses: one business owner helping another get going, not a bot and not another tool with a login. As the least technical person on my team, I was able to enable Claude inside my own business first, and now I am ready to help other business owners.

From The Founder

Experience, Not Theory.

I am a small-business CEO, often the least technical person on my own team. What I know about AI does not come from theory. It comes from a year of putting it to work inside Stacks, our digital asset management consultancy, on Claude since January 2026, where it became the heartbeat of how we operate.

The results changed the business: a leaner team doing stronger work, materially higher margins, and a genuine profitability turnaround. The first real product I built with AI went from idea to a live tool I demoed to my whole industry in about two months.

Nobody has really mastered AI, and I certainly have not. But I am several steps ahead of most entrepreneurs because I jumped in headfirst and put AI to work. I have made the mistakes, hit the walls, and found what works. Stacks AI Studio exists to hand you that head start.

Before And After AI, Inside Stacks

5.5 Hours back, per person, every week, from our first four automations
26% Gross margin, one year ago
56% Gross margin, trailing twelve months

AI was not the only driver. It was the biggest one, alongside a shift to recurring revenue and tighter financial discipline.

The Model

Consult. Build. Manage.

Three stages, and you are never locked in. Most owners start and finish at stage one.

01

Consult

The First Step, and the only one you have to commit to. Homework, then two working sessions of two hours each. I get Claude stood up for your team, train you on how to operate it, and we automate one job together. $1,950, and if the first session does not surface a job worth automating, you pay nothing.

02

Build

If you want to keep going, we keep building. More automations, more of your documentation grounded in Claude, more of your tech stack connected. Scoped to what you actually need next.

03

Manage

Once you are underway, I stay on it with you: building, tuning, and quarterly check-ins, so it compounds instead of stalling.

Every Stage Ends With A Choice.

Take it from there yourself, or have me carry you into the next stage. You are never locked in, and you always own what we build. Most owners finish The First Step and run with it. Some want me to keep going. Both are wins.

The First Step

Two Sessions. Two Hours Each.

Homework first, then two sessions, two hours each. In person if you are near Nashville, or over Zoom. $1,950. For the math: one person at $25 an hour who gets two hours a week back is worth about $2,600 a year. If the first automation does that for one employee, it pays for itself with room to spare. And if after our first session you do not see a job worth automating, you pay nothing.

01

Homework

Before we ever meet, you pull real examples of the work that eats your week: actual documents, actual messages, nothing cleaned up for me.

02

Session One

Two hours. We map how your business actually runs, get Claude set up for your team, and train you on how to operate it.

03

Session Two

Two hours. We start building your first automations and put together the training your team needs to run Claude every day.

04

What You Leave With

Claude running for your team, your people trained on it, and one job automated and in use.

I take on two or three of these a month. Reach out. The first conversation costs nothing.

Questions

Questions, Answered

What is Stacks AI Studio?

Stacks AI Studio is the Claude-first AI practice for small and mid-size businesses, a division of Stacks. We help owners get stood up on Claude with a real documentation foundation and the skills and tools to run their business. We do it because we did it ourselves: Stacks runs on Claude.

Who is it for?

Small and mid-size business owners, especially CEOs who feel behind on AI. Not enterprise. If you know AI matters for your business but do not know where to start, you are exactly who we work with.

We already use ChatGPT. Is that a problem?

Not at all. That is where most owners start, and we meet you there. Then we take you further: stood up on Claude, grounded in your own documentation, with tools built around your actual work.

How does an engagement work?

It starts with The First Step: homework, then two working sessions of two hours each, in person near Nashville or over Zoom, for $1,950. You leave with Claude running for your team, your people trained on it, and one job automated. From there it is your call whether we keep building together or you take the wheel yourself.

Do we get locked into a retainer?

No. The First Step is a fixed engagement, not a retainer. Most owners finish it and take the wheel themselves, and some ask me to keep building with them. Your call either way.

What does it cost?

The First Step is $1,950, and if the first session does not surface a job worth automating, you pay nothing. Anything after that is scoped to what you actually need. The first conversation always costs nothing.

What if we get to the end and nothing is worth automating?

Then you pay nothing. If after our first session you do not see a job worth automating, the engagement ends there and there is no charge. That risk is mine, not yours.
