I am a small-business CEO, often the least technical person on my own team. What I know about AI does not come from theory. It comes from two years of putting it to work inside Stacks, our digital asset management consultancy, where Claude became the heartbeat of how we operate.

The results changed the business: a leaner team doing stronger work, materially higher margins, and a genuine profitability turnaround. The first real product I built with AI went from idea to a live tool I demoed to my whole industry in about two months.
