Job Description

A successful DAM Manager at Stacks cares deeply about helping clients build, maintain, and grow their digital asset management programs. DAM Managers balance both the high-level strategic requirements of our clients as well as the in-the-trenches administrative work required to keep programs running smoothly from day to day.

DAM Managers love having their hands in a lot of different projects and tasks at once. They enjoy doing everything from leading workshops with clients to enriching thousands of digital assets. They are general system thinkers who are comfortable with the unknown.

We are currently looking for a talented DAM Manager with extensive experience in Bynder.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Drive client engagements, ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing development of DAM programs.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services.
  • Facilitate regular client calls, steering discussions with ease and maintaining high levels of communication and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with Bynder teams to ensure the smooth execution of client projects, from strategy to implementation; grow and develop the program along with Partner Management
  • Analyze client needs and provide strategic recommendations for optimizing their digital asset management processes.
  • Maintain an understanding of the DAM industry to ensure the application of best practices and the ability to suggest relevant enhancements.
  • Lead client workshops
  • Design and implement workflows to support asset creation, management, and distribution
  • Organize, enrich, and ingest digital assets using different tools across various DAM systems
  • Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Develop DAM best practices and governance guidelines to ensure the security, accuracy, and accessibility of digital assets
  • Attend Zoom meetings with cameras turned on

Qualifications:

  • Bynder Certified
  • 2+ years of working experience in the DAM industry; leading and/or executing strategic and tactical DAM-related projects
  • Hands-on experience with creative digital assets (Photos, videos, design files, audio files, etc)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead client meetings confidently and effectively with a “people-pleaser” mindset; deliver top-notch service.
  • Ability to identify client needs and suggest tailored solutions, including upsell opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; you thrive in client-facing roles and enjoy building and maintaining relationships.
  • Capable of managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Fluency in AI concepts and tools, and the ability to incorporate AI into DAM workflows and best practices.
  • An independent self-starter who has the ability to thrive and work and contribute effectively as part of a small team in a fast-paced and rapidly growing program

Qualities:

  • Detail-oriented. You sweat the small things and strive for 100% accuracy in the deadline-driven work you accomplish.
  • Problem solver. You see a problem and find a solution.
  • Juggler. You can balance different clients/tasks/systems at once, juggle pineapples, and thrive on new challenges.
  • Client-focused. You love working with people of all backgrounds. You are comfortable and confident leading meetings and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Alignment with and commitment to Stacks’ core values, outlined above
  • Ability to graciously give, receive, and integrate feedback regularly

Work Environment:

We offer a fully remote workplace environment with a casual dress code and a focus on having fun as we grow together. We are a small, fast-growing team with opportunities for advancement and leadership around every corner. Employees currently work from home but, depending on location and position status, in-person working sessions are held regularly and an annual working retreat is held for all staff. We are committed to ensuring employees have all the tools to perform their job duties remotely.
