For many adults, receiving a SharkNinja product on Christmas morning elicits as much joy as a LEGO set does for a small child. With a growing range of items being produced and promoted daily, effectively managing the company’s digital assets is vitally important.
Stacks has been fortunate to support SharkNinja’s digital asset management (DAM) efforts over the past several years, working closely with their team to maintain and govern the day-to-day operations of their DAM program, which is expertly led by their highly skilled DAM Manager, Kristi Morrison-Clear.
Kristi joined the SharkNinja team in early 2024, bringing extensive DAM experience and a wealth of strategic knowledge on how to grow the program and ensure it produces maximum value for end-users every day. Recently, Kristi spoke with Ben Owen, Growth Manager at Stacks, to share her approach to growing a DAM program in a world with limited time and resources.
